Flooding (sending successive messages which do not further the discussion) is forbidden. As an example, posts saying nothing but "LOL" or "+1" are not accepted.
Text-speak (SMS language) is not accepted as it is not appreciated on forums. Take a little care over your spelling, and re-read what you are posting! Use a spellchecker to minimise mistakes!
