add it to the environment variable PATH,

then type in the command line

SHELL 代码复制

ruby /path/to/your/ruby/file

ruby /path/to/your/ruby/file

if you have downloaded ruby, rather than ruby installer, from its official webpage, then it is probably the source code of ruby. Compile it, following the instruction in win32/README.win32. You may prefer downloading ruby installer instead.
