I have tried Microsoft AppLocale, but sometimes it doesn't help.
You can try to change the language of your computer.(But I don't know how to explain it in ENGLISH...)

(In fact, I can't play the game if there's Japanese filename either...)

Change the language of your computer is not very convenient and furthermore can cause problems with other programs (which must set to ANSI code).

You'd better to use Microsoft AppLocale(WinXP only) if you want to play this game.

1 administrator account
2 the language you wanted to transform by MS Applocale was on you computer.

Actually got some easy way --b
first, at the
control panel -> regional and language options -> languages(column 2)
at there got one choose is
Instal files for East Asian languages
after u choose it and click apply, it will order u insert the window cd, after install files, ur pc can run that game like normal

都说了确定你有对应的字体库, 如果没有, applocal 自然无用
才1MB的东西, 当然只是转换内码字库自带咯

直接去微软 applocal 下载的地方看

不过 applocal 确实不能包治百病...
但是更改系统语言不是一样造成其他软件不能用, RM能玩, 其他挂了...
