严格来说啥音乐都可以拿来编曲，我们叫他采样包，即切碎了或采其一部分放到音乐各处，而且还有纯拿别的音乐采样相凑基本再加个失真和Lead的曲风PHONK，现在尤其在国外是有较大热度的。一些非作者本人的再混音也就是remix也是有很多正常发行的例子，比较怕就加点自己的心思在里面基本不会有人讲=w=。关于音乐版权案例则是流行乐区比较多，旋律逻辑相似都会被指抄袭，不过虽是这样，歌仍然会正常发。再有就是直接拿别人的歌加一点无关痛痒的FX音效进去，总之就是差别特别少甚至已经知道了你采用了别人的曲子才会被指抄袭，罚的很重的。作者: asukalin 时间: 2023-7-10 11:49 本帖最后由 asukalin 于 2023-7-10 12:16 编辑
