More dialogue options for the Illuminati Merchant.
Added a dialogue option for the strange girl, revealing his role in the Illuminati front base.
New item: Flashbang. (It can be purchased in the Bazaar.)
Illuminati mercenaries are now equipped with flashbangs in combat. (Just like they did in the story when raiding the Queensmouth police station.)

The "Blind" state is now localized.
Some character portraits are now exposed into the "sp/Mod/Graphics/Pictures/face" folder for easy customization and making mods. (The rest are not exposed for license and other reasons.)
Changed the way to call the drawing of the main character portrait in dialogues.
Used a script to replace all the drawing functions of the main character in dialogues with the new one. (More than 100 places are changed by this script. But, I trust doing so by a program can minimize the possibility of causing because by eliminating human errors.)
YOU CAN NOW USE ANY PNG/JPG/JPEG/BMP FILE ON YOUR COMPUTER AS YOUR PORTRAIT!!!
If the file is missing or cancel during portait customization, the portrait will revert back to default.

部分角色的头像被转入了开放的"sp/Mod/Graphics/Pictures/face"文件夹下，从而可以更好的制作mod和自定义。(未被暴露的那些受限于美术资源的授权等原因。)
改变了在对话中调用绘制主角肖像的方式。
使用了一段代码自动化地将游戏中使用旧方式调用主角头像绘制的代码换成了上面的新代码。（大约有100多处地方发生了改变。但是，我认为使用这种方法来做代码的自动替换可以最小化产生BUG的可能性。毕竟，其中基本不会有人为错误发生。）
你现在可以用你电脑上的任何PNG/JPG/JPEG/BMP文件做自己的头像了！！！
如果该文件随后无法被找到，或者在选择自定义头像时选择了取消，那么头像将会回到游戏的默认头像。

修复了音乐播放器在较为缓慢的电脑上的一个崩溃。

WIN8以前的版本可能需要微软官方下一个D3D https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

New Steam Achievement: Occult Pioneer (hidden)  It's a limited achievement for the first few players who own and play the game on Steam. The exact number of how many people can get this achievement is not decided yet.

The Infected Mayor now has a chance to drop the "Tainted Business Suit" that increases the wearer's poison abilities.
