Added machine translation of German and Russian UI localization texts. (Sorry, I do not know those languages. >.<)

Added Xbox controller support. (Known bug, when using the right thumb to control mouse, it sometimes inverses if the thumb angle is too big. It's somewhere in the core of the engine that I'm afraid I can't go down there to totally fix.)
