[版务] 关于部分地区无法访问66RPG的调查

换了新服务器之后似乎在部分地区无法正常访问
于是调查一下到底是哪些地方不行

请存在无法访问，但是挂上代理之后可以访问的情况的用户，把自己的地理和网络位置回帖说明一下，可以的话留下自己的Q号方便进一步处理
例如：
zh99998 山东省青岛市 网通 276169442


另外，不能直接访问而需要挂代理的请在cmd里执行一下
tracert rpg.blue
然后把结果贴上来

只是那些不能直接访问需要挂代理的，tracert一下
